I want to record a new jazz album this year. It's going to feature my work since 2005, performed by the band you are already familiar with if you like to attend my concerts. That is: Tavi Scurtu on drums, Alexandru Pascu on bass, Sorin Romanescu and Eugen Nutescu on guitars and me. For some tunes I would like to invite other musicians to join in, but I'll keep that as a surprise.

The album will be released by my independent music label, Fiver House Records, which has also released Kumm's latest album, Far From Telescopes.

I don't have the money to do this. But, if you are willing to contribute to the production of my next album, I devised this deal you might be interested in:

1 - Donate 10 euros + bank transfer taxes or $14 + bank transfer taxes (or more, if you wish) in my bank account RO48INGB0000999900630935 at ING Bank Bucharest, Sos. Kiseleff nr. 11-13, sect.1, SWIFT code: INGBROBU. Please add your email and physical address to the payment info.

You can also donate through Paypal - 10 euros or $14, or more.

3 - You receive a FREE autographed copy of the new CD, worldwide shipping included, provided you email me your physical address or PO Box.

If you donate 50 euros ($ 70) + taxes or more, you receive the CD and your name will be written on the inside cover in a "thanks to..." section.

If you donate 100 euros ($ 140) or more and you are in Bucharest (or another city where the album will be released) at the time of the release party/concert you will receive, besides the autographed CD and your name on the inside cover, an invitation for two for the concert.

4 - If I don't raise enough money (about 2000 euros, it depends on the studio time we need) in three months, starting November 1, you will be refunded, bank transfer taxes included. In either case, I'll let everybody know when donations are no longer needed.

5 - The album should be ready before March, 2011

The inspiration for all this is an American organization named Kickstarter. I don't work with them currently because they require a US bank account and I don't have one.
